Summer Fridays’ Cloud Dew Oil Free moisturizer First Impressions/Review

WHAT IS IT?

It is an Oil free moisturizer that contains Hyaluronic acid ( plum hydration), Glycerin (helps attract water & strengthen barrier of skin, Amino acids & Pineapple Enzyme ( to brighten & tone)

It is Vegan, cruelty free, sulfate free, paraben free & no synthetic dyes or fragrances.

WHO IS IT FOR?

It is meant for dry, combo, normal skin but since this is a lightweight gel & oil free, Oily skin gals like me really adore this! I have dehydrated Oily skin & with the dry winter season, this is definitely needed! (It’s -17 right now in Toronto CA yikesssss)

MY THOUGHTS & VERDICT:

First of all, can we talk about the packaging? Love the aesthetic, how heavy and pleasing it is. It comes with a small spatula which is a great little add on– I personally don’t like it when creams like that doesn’t have a spatula. The thought of dipping my fingers every time makes me cringe. LOL Bonus points for it being Vegan & having clean ingredients.

So, I have been using this for about a week, in the mornings and I can tell a difference with regards to plumpness of my face. I can’t really determine that it has been more dewy than before but overall feeling great! My skin absorbed it quickly, doesn’t slip and slide around like other moisturizers, not greasy at all, not making me look oily, greasy or shiny. Just felt really felt moisturizing. I love how its Fragrance free as well…or very subtle fragrance which Us sensitive peeps really appreciate. It’s hard to find a moisturizer that moisturizes deep yet lightweight. Besides the cost $57 (especially here in Canada compared to the US $$ ) I would give it an overall 4/5. But its still better than the product that I spent $80 on something & didn’t work out LOL. (dont worry, I returned it)

I will give another review once I finish the Jar ;P So stay tuned for it.

Have you tried it yet? Are you willing to try it?

Till the next post,

Denise
